The P0006 trouble code indicates a problem with the fuel shutoff valve control circuit, specifically that the control circuit voltage is lower than the expected range.

After the engine starts and the ignition key returns to the RUN position, a low-amperage “hold” current is applied to a secondary winding in the solenoid. This keeps the plunger in the open position, maintaining uninterrupted fuel delivery while the engine is running.
If the ECM detects a low-voltage condition in the fuel shutoff valve control circuit—such as a broken wire, poor or loose electrical connection, or a corroded connector—the valve may not open or remain open as commanded. When this occurs, the ECM sets trouble code P0006, indicating that it has detected a low input in the fuel shutoff valve control circuit.
